I qualified in Holistic Deep Tissue Massage with the amazing team at the Jing Institute in Brighton. Their approach is slow, restorative, and deeply effective. Drawing from Swedish, Thai, Amma, myofascial techniques and trigger point work. No pummelling, just sensitive, intuitive touch that helps muscles truly let go.

I now offer Deep Tissue Massage from my cosy home therapy room in Wantage, Oxfordshire, and the feedback has been incredible. I’m currently working towards the Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist qualification

I’ll carry out observations and range of movement assessments to identify areas of imbalance or restriction.

The massage itself is tailored to your needs and may include techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and gentle stretching. These methods work deeply but sensitively to ease pain, improve mobility, and support long-term healing. You’ll also receive personalised aftercare advice to help you continue your progress between sessions.

Clinical Deep Tissue Massage Follow Up (60mins) £60

This session builds on your initial appointment and continues your treatment plan. We’ll review your progress, adjust techniques as needed, and focus on areas that require ongoing support. The massage may include fascia work, trigger point release, and assisted stretching, all delivered with a gentle, intuitive touch.

Each treatment is designed to help your body unwind and realign, reducing pain and improving function. You’ll leave feeling more balanced, relaxed, and supported.
